New endeavours at the Ubuntu School.

After a late start because of COVID, we’re back in the swing of things and ready for another great year!

“I am because we are”; this is what Ubuntu is about. Ubuntu football is here not just to make young football players dreams come true but to create extraordinary leaders. Ubuntu believes every person they recruit has the potential to make a difference in their communities. Ubuntu is honored to welcome the new grade 6 students into the family and knows that they are capable of changing the world for the better.

“Ubuntu Football officially opened a high school at the beginning of 2019; not only are the directors focusing on football but on schooling as well. “We are here to use elite football context to help young men grow into the best they can be”, said Casey Prince. The majority of the matric students described Ubuntu not just as a club, but as a home, and most importantly a huge family that they will never forget…”

Welcome to the Growth Campaign. This #GivingTuesday, we’re celebrating growth—on the football field, in the classroom, and especially in our boys. Why? We want our boys to have access to the highest quality education possible. We want to make sure he has all of the tools he needs to be a leader and society-changer in South Africa. 

Over the next week, we’re giving it all we’ve got to raise $29K to fund the new Ubuntu High School.
